Attrition Rate

Attrition Rate is the number of customers or employees you lose per year over the customers that you have.  This number is show in a percentage. Example: If you have 1000 customers and you lose 200 this year, you will calculate 200/1000 = 0.2 which gives you an attrition rate of 20%.
